Requirements

The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) is soliciting bids from qualified, responsive, and responsible vendors for the purchase and delivery of household stoves and refrigerators for use in PHA-owned public housing properties. This procurement is conducted in accordance with 24 CFR Part 200 and Part 85/200, as applicable, and all relevant HUD and PHA procurement requirements.

The successful bidder shall furnish new, unused, standard residential appliances, deliver them to a designated PHA property, and ensure all items meet the minimum specifications outlined in this IFB.

This IFB covers appliance purchase only unless otherwise noted. Installation, haul-away, and recycling services are not included unless specifically stated in the bid schedule.
