Description
Position manages a 199 unit building housing elderly and/or disabled residents with LIHTC's and PBRA, working directly with an Executive Director and a site team. A property manager ensures compliance with all State, Federal and Agency rules, manages eligibility, resident occupancy, collections, and building maintenance. Requirements
Considerable knowledge of HUD regulations pertaining to occupancy, procurement and inspection standards (NSPIRE); Considerable knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act; Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities to accomplish tasks;
Ability to respond to and manage crisis and/or emergency situations using sound judgment in dealing with individuals, groups and agencies. Certification as a COS, LIHTC Specialist and Managing Maintenance desired.
