The Housing Authority is seeking a Resident Services Director to lead programs that promote resident self-sufficiency and community well-being. This position oversees staff, community partnerships, grants, and supportive service programs, including financial counseling, homeownership, substance abuse prevention, and homeless services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, program management, and community engagement skills, along with experience in social services or case management.

Requirements
